4. Tracking and Parcel Handover Accountability
As soon as your package is securely cataloged and handed over to your chosen courier service, we immediately generate and share your official parcel waybill tracking receipt number via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can use this identifier to present it to your respective courier desk to pick up your package. While we track and coordinate shipments vigilantly, ownership and transit delivery responsibilities transfer to the third-party courier service upon pickup from our main depot.
